Changing an Apartment to a Home

So I've been planning to post this for a while now. I was going to wait till I had some better pictures, but these will have to suffice.

Yes it's true. I've been domesticated. I got my apartment back at the first of the month. Up until about a week ago it's been pretty much a standard empty apartment. I added a few things like a TV, and surround sound(yet to be installed). But it was still just an empty apartment. After a morning of Garage saleing with Robyn--who I should add could easily dominate if it were an Olympic sport--and an unexpected cleaning/decorating party from Robyn and Mary's combined energies, my apartment now looks much better. Almost like home. At least my home for a year or so.
There are still a few things to add. Things like bedroom furniture and a desk. But for all intensive purposes it is complete. Without Mary and Robyn's help it would be quite bland so I am without a doubt very indebted to them. I look forward to spending countless hours on my couch watching mindless programs on TV. That's the great thing about it. I've found that the Discovery Channel in High Def is quickly becoming one of my favorite channels. And if you're a UFC Fan, there's a big date coming up on the 10th, Ortiz vs Shamrock on Spike. Not to be missed for sure.
Anyways today is my day off so I need to make the best of it. I'm not sure what exactly to do though so I'm going to sit here and ponder the meaning of life for a while.
Catch you all later.

If you wanna see some pictures of Jarod's gal you gotta see some of our sites. Hers, J's, and ours.
You appartment looks cool!! Have you been sleepin' on the couch or do you have a bed but just need to get different "bedroom furniture"
Alright, well I'm gonna get going. Our basement is flooding like crazy and so I need to go and do my part to suck.

You've got a couple of great decorators there - hee hee. It will look even better when we get pictures, plants, etc. but it's a good start. Looks like you are keeping it neat too - I'm impressed!
Hey, Ron. Looks great. Thinking I'm gonna tweak you for the mindless programs comment? Never crossed my mind! (well...hmmm. Not sure how that works.) But I do want to draw on my extensive editorial eperience and correct an expression. Is that OK? Waiting? Longing to know? Dying to draw on the latent but powerful extensive knowledge crouched within my brain, waiting to travel to my fingers, through the keyboard, onto the screen and into you consciousness? Huh? Are you ready? (Where's a phone, or better, real, at-the-table Huff humor when we need it?) Did I mention that said knowledge will adhere to the laws of typo-phonetics, which means it will be readable by all who are literate in English, or something like that?
For all intents and purposes is not an intensive expression. Thought you'd wont two no that, expeshally sense I never err in exhibiting editorial ecpertees.
Love you, Ron. The apartment really does look great!
Delete this if you want -- I deserve it!:)

Randy, did you mean to say "crouched" within my brain? Hey, Ron, how about some more blogs. This is neat but I'm ready for something new! I'm sure you are busy but I know you can type fast....Mom
